Cancellation Policy
- When booking an appointment you will be required to enter a card, to have on file. You will NOT be charged before your scheduled appointment. The only exception is you must pay the deposit at the time of booking, for services that require a deposit.
- All cancellations must happen 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand shit happens, but a cancellation within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee and you will be charged 50% of your service(s) with your card on file.
- We have a 15 minute tardy policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please TEXT ahead of time to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely. In which case a cancellation fee will apply and you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled service(s) with your card on file.
- No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the cost of service(s) scheduled with the card on file.

We respectfully ask that all clients refrain from inappropriate behavior. This is an all-inclusive professional space where unkind and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, including but not limited to discriminatory language and any physical altercation. Clients are entitled to one warning before losing their client status, and we reserve the right to immediately fire any client who exhibit behavior that compromises anyone's safety.
